New version released today, update and see if that fixes it. If not, let me know on here. Does Player 2 retain its memory?

Hi mate still having the same issue on 3 player reload the game and hasn't hold memory from last time I played

Do you ever have 2 EFME windows open at the same time, or have you ever noticed "scratch" displayed in the top left corner?

bullionbars2016

No I only have 1 machine open at a time as machines become slow and ive never seen that scratch on left hand corner.. isit maybe because I have all the game files in one folder?

Nothing to do with where you keep the files. The saved memory does not sit beside the game, it lives in Windows under AppData and is tied to the layout itself, so one folder or twenty makes no difference.

I think the machine is deciding its saved memory is out of step and starting the whole thing fresh. There is a log that will tell me in one line, but it is switched off in the public build, so could you turn it on for me:

  1. Close EFME completely.
  2. Press the Windows key and type: environment
  3. Click "Edit the system environment variables for your account".
  4. In the top box, "User variables", click New.
  5. Variable name: EFME_OSR_LOGS
  6. Variable value: 1
  7. Click OK, then OK again to close the window.
  8. Start EFME, play a few games on the 3 player, then close it normally with the X.
  9. Start it again, check whether it has reset, then close it.

Then open File Explorer, click in the address bar at the top, paste this in and press Enter:

  %LOCALAPPDATA%\EFME

Send me the file (private message) called osr-link-master followed by some numbers. If there are several, the newest one. You can delete the variable again afterwards the same way; all it does is write the log.
