William Hill on line Casino

I don't usually play at on line casinos but I recently did a William Hill bonus, played through the wagering requirements and have requested a withdrawal.

Does anyone have any experience with them?   I checked their withdrawal speeds at it's says up to 5 days.   Seems a little slow in this day and age, they seem to take it quick enough.   I also noticed in my withdrawals it says I can reverse withdraw till later this evening.   I wonder why they put that there
