I'm not going to take part in the vote here or at Fruit Emu because although I've posted there just lately when I have had to do, I really have no intention of making it my home again...
...that doesn't mean that I don't want the best for the forum - I do with my whole heart, but I feel I'm part of the ancient history there that needs to be cleared and my input on a regular basis maybe more of a distraction than a benefit for the place.
I do hope though (if the vote is still valid after all that has happened yesterday) that whoever is elected, whether a fresh start or continued as is, that they knuckle down and get the site back to what it is used to be - Fruit Emu is a vital part of the FME scene and it really needs to get back into shape and order for the continuation of the new emulators you've all been promised and vital resource gathering... which as the years go by, become rarer and harder to find more than ever.
Everybody, please work together when the vote has been made officially at Fruit Emu... accept the outcome, no matter which vote is achieved and ALL of you put FME, not your own interests or agenda at the prime of making it a wonderful site again.

I presume it's a piss take or 'test the water' poll Vecs. Zeus has been known on the old DADsFME site to put random polls up.... he even had a warning once about it...lol. Got to be careful with him though with those bolts of lightening etc... lol

Well... to be honest if you all truly want to make Fruit Emu get back to what it used to be a couple of years ago - I believe you've all got to truly pull together, work together and put Fruit Emu first and foremost before any politics and personalities.
I really wish all of you well... and who get gets through please remember that Fruit Emu is and should always be above the politics of FME - without the site, the history, database, main resources and the 'spiritual' nature of FME will have nothing left to carry on for.
All of you - please give the site the respect it deserves and serve it well... thank you :)

like I said on the other topic here all I want is whats best for fruit-emu, it appears aa doesn,t the site is just a sideline for him another branch in his empire for the odd sale etc the site needs dedicated members willing to bring the site forward not backwards or stall it. I asked again for a link for layout creators new and old containing the basic resources dat.files/reels etc and asked if I can upgrade the gallery section but it falls on deaf ears as usual.

We have most of that here so what's the point in duplicating stuff? As for a gallery, why host loads of flyers, most of which will never be used? Far better to make use of something like Spa's excellent google drive.
You're appear lately to be quite vocal about how (in your opinion) things should be run at FE so I have to ask the question... why didn't you put yourself forward for a Moderator position?

I and the rest of the old set of staff, have been begging him for months to just support the dam site, proper standard order of practice for staff, and work with people, yet he could not give a flying fuck.
He has become a totally different person to whom we saw, when we all met at Paul's in Birmingham a few years back.

That s what I've been trying to say about my idea's on area's of the site to be improved upon, when he gets around to it lol. Just like this mod vote, last vote 10pm two days back, why because no one cab bloody see it that's why I re bumped it no other motives only I want what's best for the site's future.
It's all very well having a shop, but if the windows dirty and the shelves are bare and disorganised you ain't gonna get the customers.

The customer is Always right and the customer pays the wages.
If us the members go then his custom goes. Staff, customer relations is a number one priority in any business something severly lacking on Fme at the moment.
